Welcome to BB Racers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bbracers.com, the BB Racers Owners Club, and related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About Us

‘BB Racers’ a brand owned by Brandbase Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the BB Racers Owners Club and related services. Our contact details can be found at the end of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register an account, you must be 16 or older or have parental/guardian consent if under 16
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Registration

To join the Owners Club, you must create an account and provide accurate information (e.g. name/pseudonym, email address, serial number of your BB Racers car).
You are responsible for the activities of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
Each car serial number may be registered only once. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations are not permitted.
By creating an account, browsing, or using the site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Ownership Certificates & Authenticity

Registering a car’s serial number provides a certification of authenticity and adds the item to your dashboard.
BB Racers is not responsible for misuse, lost or stolen cars, or resale outside authorised channels.

5. Gamification, Rewards & Tiers

Members may earn coins for certain actions (e.g. registering cars, completing collections).
Coins can be used within the Owners Club to unlock digital features, enter competitions or prize draws, and gain access to exclusive content or experiences. From time to time, BB Racers may also allow coins to be redeemed for discounts or special promotions.
Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may change, suspend, or cancel the rewards system at any time.

6. Competitions & Prize Draws

From time to time, BB Racers may run competitions or prize draws for registered members.
Each competition will have specific rules and its own terms and conditions; entry and eligibility are subject to those rules.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend competitions at our discretion.

7. Community & Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Misuse the platform, hack accounts, or attempt to disrupt service.
Share offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
Impersonate other users or misuse intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

8. Online Store & Purchases

Purchases will be subject to additional terms (pricing, delivery, returns). Available at the time of purchase.
Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes where required.
Payment details are handled securely by third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, car models, digital content) is owned by or licensed to BB Racers/Brandbase and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written consent.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and use personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the handling of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user account and access to the website at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms.

You may request for your account and any of your data to be deleted at any time by contacting us via our Contact page.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, or suspend parts of the Service at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BB Racers is not liable for:
- Losses caused by misuse of the Service,
- Loss of collectibles or rewards, or
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on bbracers.com with the new effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country. For international users, local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply.
